Environmental Impairment
Support Program (EISP)
Formally known as the Indoor Air Quality Program (IAQ)
In an effort to be responsive to the SCR membership and assist
them in offsetting certain costs incurred in dealing with
Environmental Impairment issues where coverage is not provided
under the MOC, SCR contracted with Forensic Analytical to
build EISP. The purpose of this program is to provide safe
and desirable indoor air quality within all District buildings
in a cost-effective manner through the timely and efficient
resolution of problematic conditions.
Implementation of this program is optional, but as an incentive
SCR is offering limited reimbursement of costs associated
with a claim to districts that successfully implement this
program. Those members who successfully implement EISP are
provided limited funding up to $50,000 to reimburse costs
for action arising out of a loss occurrence resulting in alleged
damages.
See Member Resource Section
for more detailed information regarding the Environmental
Impairment Support Program.
