The Southern California Regional Liability Excess Fund JPA (SCR) was formed for the purposes of providing the services and other items necessary and appropriate for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a joint program for liability and property damage claims against public educational agencies and to provide a forum for discussion, study, development and implementation of recommendations of mutual interest regarding other joint programs.

The Authority’s mission is to assist its members in managing risk by providing broad liability and property coverages and quality specialized services.

It is a member owned and operated risk sharing program governed by the following committee structure made up exclusively by SCR members.
